Return Policy

Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product must be returned in their original condition along with the packaging.

Returns that are sent to us without the receipt or without their original packaging will be returned and your refund will not be issued. Please contact Customer Service (1-877-278(AST)-9030 or Email: Salontech@kissusa.com) to receive a certified Return Authorization.

We only offer the finest quality products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

The buyer incurs all shipping costs; you can return or exchange the merchandise. We will credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check if your payment was by a method other than credit card).
